High intensity weight training burns calories and contributes to a greater reduction in overall body fat than aerobic activities alone. The after effect boosts the metabolism for increased results. Sculpting the body gives an ascetically pleasing physique that is highly desirable. As woman build strong lean muscles, bones become stronger improving health.

Don't let the free weight room at the gym intimidate you. They are just dumbbells! Start with basic exercises.
