img The Services I offer range from a Free Initial Consultation to a Tailored Individual Health and Fitness Program – designed especially for you. I believe anyone can get fit, you are never too old or unfit to get into exercise, but there is no point in taking up exercise with such an intense regime that you can't continue after a few sessions. Therefore once I have gathered and analyzed all of your details I can design a program specifically to meet your needs.

With many of my clients it is not the fact that they don't want to exercise or make lifestyle changes, the problem is trying to find the time and motivation. We all have many commitments at work and at home that leaves us with little time to ourselves. This is where having a personal trainer is of such great benefit as it encourages you to set aside a specific time for exercise and my input and support will help to motivate you. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or just improve your overall fitness, I can work with you to achieve your goals.

Some of the Services I Offer:

  • - Free Initial Consultation – This is a chance for you to get to know me, and ask questions. At this time we will discuss your needs, expectations and goals.
  • - Full Consultation & Physiological Analysis – I will carry out a detailed health and fitness history which involves taking height and weight measurements, body composition, resting heart and blood pressure. This will establish a baseline to assess current levels of aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and posture.
  • - Tailored Individual Health & Fitness Programs - Once I have gathered and analyzed all of your data, I will design a program specifically to meet your needs. This program will be carefully balanced to ensure you train to optimum intensity to gain fitness and achieve your goals. It is vital to provide a continual training stimulus to the body if continued fitness gains and goals are achieved. This requires careful planning and regular fitness assessments.
  • - Weight Management & Nutritional Advice – I can provide Dietary analysis through food logs and provide nutritional recommendations to ensure optimal intake of vitamins and minerals and aid in overall health.
  • - Pre and Post Natal Training – Whether you are looking to just stay healthy as an expecting mother or lose some excess baby weight, I will work with you to develop a plan and goals that are right for you.
